For the last few years we’ve put artificial poppies out in Linslade Garden of Remembrance, and this year is no exception. This time, they’re knitted or crocheted poppies that have been made by members of South Beds Friends of the Earth, and local residents, and we’ll be putting them out during the morning of Thursday 7th November, so they’ll be out for the many visitors who come down there during the days before the service on Remembrance Sunday, and the day itself.

This is what 80 poppies look like! there’s more information about the different colours on the Linslade Garden of Remembrance blog, at https://linsladememorialgardens.uk/2024/10/29/preparing-for-remembrance-day/
